{"id":427,"date":"2021-04-08T12:00:00","date_gmt":"2021-04-08T10:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.designcons.it\/en\/?p=427"},"modified":"2021-05-06T11:48:54","modified_gmt":"2021-05-06T09:48:54","slug":"vermelha-by-campana-brothers","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.designcons.it\/en\/2021\/04\/08\/vermelha-by-campana-brothers\/","title":{"rendered":"Vermelha by Campana Brothers"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Chair designed by Fratelli Campana in 1998 for Edra.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>More than a simple seat, this is a true work of art; a typical characteristic of Fratelli Campana.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This spectacular project had been conceived a few years earlier by the two brothers, on the occasion of an art exhibition in Sao Paulo, and then became reality. But the even more fascinating feature of this chair is its structure: 500 meters of rope wrapped manually to provide stability and support. This, in addition to requiring many hours of work, makes each chair unique, because they will never be wrapped in exactly the same way. As always, Fratelli Campana amaze for their genius, their attention to the environment and their ability to transform any object into art.
